Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. territories and APO, FPO and DPO military mail addresses are outside our delivery area.

Shipping cost

All orders within our delivery area receive free standard shipping. Standard shipping is our only shipping method.

Handling time

Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. public holidays. Handling is the time used to prepare an order before it is dispatched.

Order Cutoff Time

Our daily order cutoff time is 05:00PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the starting point for calculating handling time. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, or on weekends or applicable public holidays, use the next business day as the starting point.

Transit and estimated delivery

Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days. Combined handling and transit give an estimated total delivery time of 4–6 business days, measured from the handling start date. These times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
